Your trial, plans and billing

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. Before it ends, you pick a plan so your work and data stay open.

Where to find it: Person icon (top right) → Billing, or askhercules.app/pricing.

Steps

1. 1

   Look for the trial countdown inside the app. You also get email reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the trial ends.

   Open Billing from the person icon. It shows your current plan and any add-ons, like Domain Remediation credits.

   To pick or change a plan, compare plans on the Pricing page and follow the checkout steps.

   Need more remediation credits? Press "Buy credits" and choose a pack.

What you'll see

• If a trial ends without a plan, the app sends you to Billing. Your data is kept safe until you choose a plan.

Common problems

I cannot open my tools after the trial.

Choose a plan on the Billing page. Everything you made is still there.
