Citeability Engine™
The Citeability Engine™ checks content before it goes live. It looks for a clear definition, proof, good structure and who said it — the things AI needs before it will quote you.
Where to find it: Runs inside Answers, Pillar Builder (Preflight step), the WordPress plugin and the API.
Steps
- 1
Write or open content in Answers or Pillar Builder.
- 2
In Pillar Builder, go to the Preflight step to run the checks on your page.
- 3
Read each check. Fix any that fail, then run the checks again.
- 4
On WordPress, the Citeability plugin runs the same checks when you press Publish (see the plugin guide).
What you'll see
- Passed checks are marked clearly; failed ones tell you what is missing.
Common problems
- A check keeps failing.
- Read its note. Most failures are fixed by adding a one-sentence definition near the top or a source link.
