Publish your answers at a public web page with FAQ schema, or show them on your own website with a small FAQ box.

Where to find it: More → Answers (publish an answer), then your public link askhercules.app/kb/your-name.

Steps

1. 1

   Open More → Answers and get an answer to "ready".

2. 2

   Publish it. Published answers appear on your public knowledge base page.

3. 3

   Open your public link to check it.

4. 4

   To show answers on your own site, use the FAQ widget embed code offered for your workspace.

What you'll see

• Only published answers are public. Drafts stay private.
