Steps

Open More → Proofs and press "Capture Proof".
Customer details in screenshots are hidden or replaced with sample text. - 2
Pick a type: Metric, Quote, Before/After or Lesson. Fill it in and save.

Open Outcomes in the top bar. Choose 6, 12 or 26 weeks.

Press "Run CRI & KSM Now" to add a fresh weekly snapshot.
What you'll see
- Outcomes shows CRI™, KSM™, share of voice and answer inclusion, each compared with last week.
Common problems
- The trend line is flat in places.
- Missed weeks repeat the last known score so changes are real ones.
