    Citeability WordPress plugin

    A free WordPress plugin that runs the Citeability checks when you press Publish. Drafts always save; only publishing waits until checks pass.

    Where to find it: askhercules.app/downloads.

    Steps

      Go to askhercules.app/downloads and press "Download the plugin (.zip)". Press "Read the install guide" for detailed help.

      In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip file, then Activate.

      In Ask Hercules, open Workspace Settings → Integrations and create an API key (see the API keys guide).

      Paste the key into the plugin settings in WordPress. Now the checks run in your editor.

    What you'll see

    • Checks show in the WordPress editor side panel.

    Common problems

    My post went back to Draft.
    Since version 1.2.0 this no longer happens; update the plugin from the Downloads page.
